Create Your eCourts Account

Step 1: Create Your Account

Before you can file any documents, you need an eCourts Portal account.

  1. Go to the eCourts Portal:ecourts.justice.wa.gov.au/eCourtsPortal
  2. Click "Register" on the login page
  3. Enter your details:
    • Full name (as it appears on ID)
    • Email address (use one you check regularly)
    • Create a strong password
    • Phone number
  4. Verify your email - check your inbox for a verification link
  5. Complete security questions for account recovery
