How we handle your information
CaseMate does not ask you to upload documents. The information you type, such as cases, dates and events, stays in your browser. If you sign in, it is also saved privately to your CaseMate account so it is available on your other devices and only accessible to you.
CaseMate uses that information only for case management, navigation and administrative purposes.
Information you enter into CaseMate is not used for any other purpose. CaseMate does not use your information to train AI models, create profiles, or for advertising or other unrelated purposes.
Where information is used to generate things such as deadlines, reminders or procedural steps, it is used only for that purpose. CaseMate does not retain information beyond what is necessary to provide the relevant functionality.
