TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- LexInnovate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for any outcomes, decisions, or consequences resulting from your use of the Service
- We are not liable for any errors or omissions in your court filings
5.4 User Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge and agree that:
- You use CaseMate at your own risk
- You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all information

- Court outcomes depend on many factors beyond CaseMate's control
6. Payment Terms
6.1 Subscription Plans
CaseMate offers the following subscription plans:
- Monthly Plan: $50 AUD per month, billed monthly
- Annual Plan: $399 AUD per year, billed annually
6.2 Payment Processing
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
- Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
- We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice
6.3 Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You retain access until the end of your paid period
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of CaseMate, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and design, are owned by LexInnovate and protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
- Use the Service to create a competing product or service
Your Data: You retain all rights to the information you input into CaseMate. We do not claim ownership of your personal data or form content.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of CaseMate is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
10. Termination
10.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by:
- Cancelling your subscription

10.2 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to CaseMate if:
- You violate these Terms
- You use the Service for illegal purposes
- You provide false or misleading information
- Your payment method fails
- We cease operation of the Service
10.3 Effect of Termination
- Upon termination, your access to CaseMate will cease
- You remain responsible for any charges incurred before termination
- We may delete your data after termination (see Privacy Policy)
- Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted to this page with a new "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of CaseMate after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

- Your use of CaseMate
